where can i fill a compliant agaist a dunkin donuts employee?

i went to dunkins to get a coffie, and i go to this place every morning but i havent gone there for a week ,they messed the coffie up and i went back to have them re-make it about 20 minuts later. the guy empoyee re-made it no problem then i went to shake the coffie and a lady employee said to me, "why do you come here if we always make it wrong?" i said, because this dunkins is the closest from my house. she said "ya but if we always make it wrong why do you still come here?" i said what does it mater theres diferent people making my coffie everday and they make coffie different or there distraced and dont listen to the directions from the drive threu of what kind of coffie people order, and if u make a coffie wrong you have a right to have you remake it. then she said" and you leave your kid in the car.!!" i said for what two seconds so you guys can remake my coffie after going throu drive throu twice and you till cant make a god dame coffie right, and this has nothig to do with my C

Ask for managment,tell him or her about it and it wont happen again more then likely.

besides reporting her to her manager or the store owner not much you can do other than being witty and throw her good smart a** remark that would be more my speed. I believe in what goes around comes around. I've runned into some peeps like that I felt like jumping over the counter and giving them a good beat down. lol! And I guess with your personality this is the best job you could get huh?

You can always speak to the manager. They should all make the coffee the same way. I agree with her, however, it is never safe to leave your child alone in the car and she could have reported you for that. Do yourself a favor and speak to the manager and take your child in for a donut and get yourself a cup of coffee and tell them in a nice calm voice that you feel that the coffee should always taste the same. That is why you go there each morning to start your day with a great cup of coffee!

first off i dont understand what is so wrong with making coffee. you actually have them remake it every time you go? that is basically saying you don't like there coffee. i dont see the sence in reporting them. the lady had a good point. if you dont like it, why do you keep ordering it?
