Personally, I'd go Cutler - Dallas D seems better than Indy's, Bulger is on his way down, Cutler on his way up.

Marc Bulger can surprise you sometimes, and Indy's defense has been decent this year and they are playing at home. That is a tough one. It could go either way, but if I had to choose, I would pick Bulger, but I am an Indy fan so my answer may be biased.
