So for the past two days I've been discharging more then usual... Ive been checked for infections and the test all came back negative. So Im just wondering if this is a signal that my cervix is dialting and that my body is gearing up for the big day...

No, it just means that your body's hormones are causing more mucus production. Its what happens during pregnancy. Most women have to wear panty liners to keep from wetting through their panties.

If its watery it may be your water breaking sometimes it comes out slowly. Have you already lost your mucus plug? could be that too? but sometimes you just have more than other days i think its normal
