What would happen if the padres lost and the phillies rockies and mets all won. How would the nl wildcard be decided

In the event of a three way tie, if the Phils lose to the Mets, they will play at San Diego on Tuesday for the Wildcard.

That would give a four way tie.
I am guessing that all four teams would play eachother. The Mets playing the Padres and the Phillies playing the Rockies or something like that.
So its a mini playoffs before the REAL playoffs begin.
