For instance, if i am standing one corner and someone else is standing like 2 feet away from me, is the gravity on both of us different?

Not that close but the force of gravity does vary slightly all over the globe as the Earth is NOT a perfect sphere.

Yes, but only by about 25 micrograms. And that's only if you are north or south of the other guy. East & West, the gravity difference is even less.

gravity is stronger on certain places on earth. its very small at most and hard to notice. and technically if you stood on a piece of paper you would weigh more because that piece of paper is creating a slight amount of gravity and its pulling you down. you would never be able to notice the weigh difference even in a lab, but its there.

Yes, Weight measures this difference, but you can't feel the difference.

Gravity is also different underwater because bouyancy resists gravity.
