I want to buy some stuff of ebay, but my parents are extremyl tight with their credit cards, therefore theyre not gonna let me pay by paypal crdit card (anything to do with their bank).

I know postal orders dont involve a bank but how old do you have to be to take one out?

To buy a money order, all you need is some cash and be able to reach the window at the post office. You can also purchase pre-paid cards, that work like credit cards at most banks.
