I think my favourite would be the third opening
Kanashimi Wo Yasashisa Ni by Tasuka....
and the 9th ending Yura Yura by Hearts Grow
they are both unique compared with other openings which are more on rock and sort of metal sounding.. but I like all Naruto Songs

I like the last opening on the arc before Shippuden. When they show naruto fighting lee and neji.

I have to say I like the naruto opening 4: GO (fighting dreamers). Mostly I just watch it on youtube.

I love Shippuuden's, of course that's everyone elses answer but I don't care.
I also quite like the ending theme for Naruto Shippuuden, the one where it takes place on the school.
