You're gonna have to restate your question. Your one computer can be used by more than one use already. Just not at the same time.

If you want the full desktop interaction, A couple of ways you can do it, if you have a windows 2003 box you setup Terminal services (and register the software) to enable this feature, then you can run more than one 'remote' connection to the box using RDP (Remote Desktop). If your looking for something in a bigger scale check out Citrix.com or if your have some time check out virtualPC which you can run various OS in a single Pc. then have the peolpe remote desktop into each one of them. :)

or if you are asking if you can have one CPU with two users.
the answer is yes. you can set this up. you just have to first buy the hardware. actually you can have two or more users at one time.
