I did a lot of searching and the closest I could come was this font called Signal To Noise. I even uploaded the image at What the Font? and no identifcation came back. Bummer!

There are more fonts than you can count, and they are as individual and as common as fingerprints.
The font appears to be a variant of the Bella Isadora font, but it's hard to say. You could look at fonts for weeks and never find it.

Identify it? Is this a math equation?
It looks like it says Bella....perhaps Italian?
