can find my control panel to remove programs?

when i try to do it through the prgram files it tell me that it is restricted and to see admin ,(me) , i cant even find the control panel if thats where i fix it ,

You are apparently logged into a non-administrative ID.

try changing your admin rights, if that doesn't work then u can be in the "classic start menu".....right click the start button and go to properties to see when menu setting u are in...u need to be in the "Start menu" and not the "Classic"...try that and i hope it work for u....peach and aloha
