Real Hard. I would go for the Undertaker because he has the right skills to do a job. I would also be like Paul Bearer and run the funeral parlor. I would also love to manage Jeff Hardy because of his aerial moves. AWESOME to manage both these guys. Also I will guide both wrestlers to major victories in their long and illustratious career.

Bobby Lashley badly needs a manager to cover his lack of mic skills and at the same time we could still manage to showcase his skills...
Edit : He will be a good charactered wrestler managed by an uber-heel wrestler.. That way there would be twists to the storyline and he could be depicted as a good-natured but brainless freak of nature who is manipulated by a mad genius or something.. heck he could have a heel turn and admit to the fans that he was faking his stupidity all along..
Many things could be done for Lashley if he has a manager, especially me

Batista , This is kind of funny because he has pretty much done everything as far as matches in the ring . So as far as advancing his career he does a great job of that himself. He allready has the confidence ,skills ,quickness and agility So I think I would work with him to sharpen his confidence, instincts ,and skills to become a evenmore deadly and domanant wrestler aganist his oppents in the ring .

Definitely Kane since I always loved him. I'd make sure he held the championship for a good, decent amount of time and wins it several times.
Also, Chris benoit was the one I'd call best wrestler and I could've watched him wrestle all day. So to manage him would've been great, I'd have one of the best views possible of his matches.

Ric Flair. He's a legend and would have a lot of great stories to tell about the old days. I just think he'd be loads of fun to be around. I started watching wrestling when they were still doing it in high school gyms and the Nature Boy was the Man. He used to crack me up.............Although he wasn't a wrestler, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan would also be a blast to be around. There would never be a dull moment with him and Flair around !
