Windows Vista..I just edited some work and then my computer crashed..i accidently saved it into my temporary?

net files before it crashed thoug..but i cant find them!! where are they and can i get my work back?

Probably not. "Temporary Net files" is a terrible place to save things, almost as bad as the recycle bin. It may be cleaned up without warning.
