I don't know whats wrong, I can boot into window and its not power supply problem as I test it with other hard disk it still restarts after it boot into window XP. After a using it for a few minutes, suddenly out of nowhere it just restarts.Help!!

Its not Window problem as when I use other HD, the same problem occur.
All this happen because I transfer my old motherboard to new casing.
But when I boot into safemode it doesn't restart and no problem.

Sounds like overheating. I assume your CPU fan is running and the heat sink is clean. You may need to add a fan to the new case.

its aliens.
does it reboot at the same place and time?
It could be many things.
check all cables, check cpu, and mem sticks.
