I think that it should only happen IF its because of a horrible accident or attack. I believe women should be happy with their size unless it causes them any health issues such as back pain (for large breasts).

But its their body not mine. I will tell them my opinion if asked, other than that its not my issue. I also inform them that men love ALL sizes and shapes from barely a handful to whoa mama. Most of the guys I know hate the feel of implants no matter what the procedure.

I also blame the media and magazines for making women so self conscious of their bodies. There are plenty of beautiful models and actresses that have small breasts that look great.

I would also recommend any women interested in this procedure to really do their research. Talk to women who have had it done, from the recent experiences to those who have had implants for many years. Make sure they are aware of the health risks and other issues with implants as well. Make sure they make an informed decision and not just trust the plastic surgery sites for their research.

never felt them. I would not like them as that extra wight would kill me. don't believe in them. It is another male crap thing. I think it would be better if guys got penile enlargements myself. not many breast implants look natural but if a girlfriend had them i probably would not care. They probably sit up quite well.
