Starting a relationship with a lie will always backfire. What kind of relationship would it be, if you needed a lie to have the other person fall for you.
If you and him are meant to be, then just letting him know what you feel for him will start something beautiful.

No I wouldnt because you have to keep lying to maintain the relationship if it started with lies then you need fuel to keep it going and that is more lies no one is worth that much
