I've already answered this in your other question (of the samel title), but in order to get issued the pass for Toros, you'll have to do both of these:
1) Defeat the Greater Daemon in Carmite Cave
2) Plow 50 squares in Carmite Cave's fields. (NOT 50 squares on your farm!)
After accomplishing those two, Godwin should issue you the pass for Toros. Just go to his house and speak with him to recieve it.

Try plowing it in the opposite direction. Or wait until godwin is asleep.

The requirements to plow always refer to INSIDE the previous cave. I usually recommend plowing near the entrance to shorten the time it takes to reach the crops to water them. (Not that you HAVE to plant crops in the tiled ground.)
Several caves have a plow requirement to reach to next one, but some are simply 'beat the boss.'

Grow radishes, sell the seed for lots of money, then you are on your way. Radishes have the highest value of all crops.
