animation???????????

wen i save an moving animation in my pictures folder yh and i go into it and look at da animation it wont move its a stil picture y? plzzzz can some1 help me

I assume that you are refferring to animated gifs? If so, some programs can't handel the animation, so they just show the first frame. To actually view the animation try opening it with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer (right click on the animation, and go to Open with).
