the respiratory system. It obviously has a lot to do with body temperature.

I guess if you live in a high pollution area it could be a problem on those days when people with allergies, etc., are urged to stay indoors.

Otherwise, if enough fresh air is coming in, it might be good for your lungs but bad for your energy bill.
