when youre at the village by the beach (wakka's town) what do i do there? i dont know how to pray, i cant get out because the guy says "its too dangerous, go with someone with you." and i cant find wakka. what do i do?

You'll need to go to Wakka's house and sleep. You'll overhear him and another woman talking about a girl. When you wake up head directly north and into the temple. Talk to the people in front where Wakka and the others are. Push through and head inside the temple's cloister.

I supposeãyou don't meet Yuuna yet.
--Before-
Walk around and talk many people,after that, Besaid Temple.
and,go to Wakka's house.
so,Wakka is there.
And you (Tidus)take a nap and dreamed.
after that,go to Besaid Temple.
so you'll find Wakka moved there.
After that,Yuuna and Guides come, and Story begins.
