Well, i never separted the offspring from the females, and i had always about 5-15 surviving, i also haven't noticed the mom going after them at all either

But i also had lot's of liveplants where the fry was able to hide out in

Hope that helps
Good luck

The offspring need to be larger than the largest mouth of your fish to be safe. The mothers should be completely seperate anyway to perhaps you should get a breeding box to protect the other babies. The breeding box will also serve as pretection for the infant offspring until they are big enough to be safe with the other babies.

no, nothjing can pass in a a million/2 gallon fish tank, even a betta needs 5 gallons minimum, for glo fish, they must be in colleges of 5 or greater because of the fact that they're a changed verion of a zebra danio. mollies get to a stable length, for 5 glo fish and a molly you will choose for a 20 gallon tank or greater. putting them in a a million/2 gallon is incredibly like allowing them to stay in they bag of that to procure them from and that they are basically ment to stay in them for as much as two hours so no, no longer something in a a million/2 gallon tank. i advise a betta in a cycled 5 gallon filtered and heated tank

The baby mollies should be at least 3/4 in. long before they come to live with the adults.

Hi, better if you leave them separated for at least 12 days until they are well transformed (bigger than the pregnant mollies mouth) ;) Good Luck

You can put them together if the babies are bigger than the other fishes mouths.
