It takes only 3 days to register a co. online in Singapore if you have a Singporean identity card. If you wish, you can set up a single-director, single-shareholder co. (i.e. yourself) with SGD1. If you don't own a Singapore IC, you must get a service bureau to register your co. for you. Every co. must have a Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation. There is a basic one which you can download from the ACRA website (Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority). Every co. must have a co. secretary. If you can't act as one, the market rate for one is SGD600 per annum. Every co. must hold an AGM once a year.
