Are you a guy asking how girls go when they suddenly need to go, and they're travelling or something?

We can duck behind a bush. Not ideal but still possible to do it out in the open, even if not as easy as a guy.

Other than that I take care. I'm usually rarely so far from a toilet that I can't hang on a bit longer. If I know that something is coming up like a car journey which makes things harder, I always go before hand, and limit my fluid intake.

This could be related to a urinary tract infection. Women are more prone to urinary tract infections because our urethras (the area where the urine comes out of) is much shorter than that of a man.

To find out if you could be dealing with a urinary tract infection I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.

The key is plan ahead. Your momma knew what she was talking about when she said "go before you leave the house". Or you can just get over your inhibitions and learn to live with wet socks, but I really don't recommend it.
