I am 19 years old.I get a period every month, but for the past 2 months I have not gotten one.I am not pregnant because I haven't had sex.
I have been exercising & eating healthy, could that be the reason why I haven't had it...??

If you're underweight, or not eating sufficiently from all food groups, this can diminish or stop your period for a certain amount of time.
Stress is also a factor (physical OR emotional) so ensure you have a healthy mind, and your not over exerting yourself when working out.
Don't be concerned, because your still at an age where there can be fluctuations in your period due to hormonal reasons - even if you seemed to have developed a steady pattern.
In your diet, try to incorporate lean alternatives to all the foods your body requires. Eg, skim milk for calcium, lean red meat for iron etc. Don't stop yourself from eating certain foods if you get a craving - it's your body's way of telling you what it requires you to eat (within reason).
If you've adjusted these things and find no change, calmly consult your GP. As long as you have no other symptoms of illness, it's most likely nothing to worry about and they'll return to normal in their own time.

Yes, exercise and a change in diet can certainly affect your period. Any big changes like this can stop it. There are many marathon runners who go for months without experiencing a period. If it goes past 3 months, I would seek the advice of a gynecologist, though.

Yes, the amount of exercise one does and change in diet can affect our periods causing it to be delayed or not occur. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
