I thought it was Ashton Kutcher..

I always took for granted that it's Topher Grace (Eric) who shouts those two words. I'm not sure if there's a way to find out. It's 5 a.m., so I might not bother checking.

I don't think it sounds like Danny Masterson or Ashton Kutcher. I stay with my initial assumption, especially because Eric is the true focus of the series though it's very much an ensemble cast.

Is this cannibalistic? Here's a link to another Yahoo! Answer in which they, too, assume it is Topher Grace but are arguing as to whether it's "Hello Wisconsin!" or "We love you Wisconsin!" Perhaps it varies from season to season.

They do change the opening sequence and the license stickers, so perhaps the parting words vary, too. I know that the episodes I watched a few days ago end with "Hello Wisconsin!" Now, I'll be more alert to how the episodes end.

BTW: I read that Cheap Trick did a special recording of the theme since Wisconsin is their home state. Wow! The Renaissance faire I go to in Wisconsin is just outside Kenosha! It's amazing, but it wasn't so great in the Seventies, according to my friend, who used to live up there. It would have been King Richard's Faire; now, it's Bristol Renaissance Faire.

This link gives some information about the DVDs that includes an extra: "Hello Wisconsin! - A featurette with cast and creator interviews."

And, here's yet another bit:
Hangin’ out
Down the street
The same old thing
We did last week.
Not a thing to do
But talk to you
Whoa . . . yeah.

Hello Wisconsin!
After the second season, the following words were added at the end before the "Hello Wisconsin!"

We're all alright!, we're all alright!

So far, not one site has mentioned WHO yells the words!

EDIT: According to the person who posted this first episode opener on YouTube, it's Ashton Kutcher's voice:

BUT, is it Kelso in later endings? THAT is the question!

EDIT2: Aha! My suspicions were correct that they DO change the shouter!
Who says "Hello Wisconsin!" at the end of the theme song?
First Season: Danny Masterson (aka. Steve Hyde)
Second Season: Robin Zander (lead singer for Cheap Trick)

Is this clearing up the mystery or simply making it more complex?

Wellll.. the original tune is from Cheap Trick, so I think that it would be the band that says it. It is not Eric, Kelso, or Fez.. might be Hyde.

Everyone has a different answer. I would have to say Eric though. It sounds like him, but it could just be the band thats playing the song.

I would assume it's Eric because he is the main character
