Now is your chance, you have a good manager and a sub par team, can you do something with it. God I hope you choke, no need to hope.

Anything can happen in the post season. However, if the Cubs are smart, they will take a dive. Once they win, someone else becomes the lovable losers and the peripheral fans fade away. It is the oddity that ONLY baseball hates its winners. I have detested the Cubs since I was little because of the insane glorification of mediocrity and lack of quality. Then, when they became cool, came the beer puking yuppies who think their elbows are the same things as baseballs.

The first step is getting to the playoffs and the Cubs achieved that goal. The next objective is to get on a roll and if they can accomplish that they would have a chance. There is a very fine line between the eight playoff teams with MLB level talent and anything can happen, how many people believed the Cardinals had a chance last year?

Well now maybe the Brewers can get some rest and come back and try again next year although I'm sure they'll choke in the end and give it away. Again. Thanks.
