Me and my x husband are in the middle of a custody battle. I have caught him several times video taping me at my home, job and when I bring the kids for vistation. What can I do to stop this. I consider it harassment.

Ok the other side. He has faught me for 8 months. He does not want to pay child support. I am a innocent mother that after years of physical abuse and mental abuse took my children and left. He has missed the court ordered mediaiton appt. He is being held accountable for his actions now.

If he's on public property and not otherwise doing anything to you, there's little you can do. He can be forbidden from your property or from the grounds of the company you work at. That's really about it. If he's being a creep and not just over-concerned, his own actions may very well sink him.

ummm he can do it! It falls under the same laws as hiring a private investigator or even the same laws the papparazi work under.Deal with it and watch what you say and do.It may be on video :)
We are hearng your side of this but not his side and maybe there is a reason he is building up evidence up on you to remove the kids from your custody.You are playing the public here with stereotypes that all men are vindictive lunatics and your just an innocent mother trying to raise her kids alone.Life does not always work like that.Sorry.

You can file a restraining order with your local police department. If he continues his stupid gestures and actions, you may be able to seek punative damages using a lawyer, and the courts.

Take a copy of those tapes as your evidences and file him a case against violation of your human privacy. He had illegally wiretapping you, a law prohibiting to record illegally your private person.

Get a restraining order against him.

Report him as a stalker to the police.
Explain what is happening, and if you can, name dates, times and places where you saw him taping you.
Do not wait too long.

tell the police exactly what you told us,and have a restraining order put on him to keep yourself safe and him far away from you.

CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY AND IM SURE HE WILL ADVISE YOU TO MAKE A POLICE REPORT ALSO. THIS MAY BE WIERDER THAN YOU THINK
