the real soul living with cores of S.C /S.T/ B.C./OBC people
they are exploited by 2% people for thousands of years.
they are working - for a merge wage of Rs 25/ per day. The
present government try to give employment to these people
for Rs100/- for 100 days.
and enact so many laws for the benefit, but their effort
stoped by the legal system, and religious cry.

If anything, it is changing.
But it will remain. And India's soul is the soul of mankind. India epitomizes human existence itself.
