i haven't heard of any online game for harvest moon yet.
there is actually 2 harvest moon for psp.
*harvest moon:innocent life
*harvest moon:boy&girl
HM:innocent life, never played it. but i read reviews about it so i never bought it. there are a few stuff that you can't do on that game, according to the review.

i have the HM:boy&girl. i like it better because you can choose your character, either a boy or a girl. the story line is exactly the same as the HM:back to nature.

As for the first question, not yet.
The second is a one called Harvest Moon: Innocent Life. Note this is a harvest moon SPIN-OFF like Rune Factory, not a true Harvest Moon game. Check the box very carefully before you buy it!

the online pc game is still being made and is not available for purchase yet. Innocent Life is some futuristic version of Harvest Moon for PSP. hope that helps!
