I suppose not to care about her and her life but the problem is she is staying with me in my house because we are working at the same company. In this case you really hear all her lies and she even makes stories out of stories just to clean herself up. You can hear all the lies because she stays with me. During the night i couldn't have a very good sleep because i'm worrying that somebody might enter the house. There are a lot of things that i need to worry about, my safety and so on. If only she's not my housemate i don't care. What is the good way to tell her?

Just talk with her about it. She's your friend. But don't blame or yell at her. Calm and collected in your approach, but do it soon.

Hello Buddy,
The best way is to sit and talk to her.
1 / Tell her the values of relationships.
2 / Motivate her.
3 / Try to be good to her.
4 / Tell her all the negatives that might take place.
5 / Tell her that you would be her best friend and be with her at all times in need. And not any other relations.
6 / Tell her what might happen if your parents comes to know. How they would react!!!
7 / Show her that the relationship with her husband should be sacred.
8 / Ask her if she has any personal problem with her husband.
Try to sort it out for her in the best way you can.
See that she is happy with your help.
9 / Tell her that you care for her. But not like the way she wants it to be.

Tell her " The more she lies, the longer her nose grows. And later nobody would ever help her or be at her side when one comes to know of her.

Take care my friend. This really should be dealt carefully.
Don't hurt her. Calmly get her away from your home.

Bye.

Tell her plain and simple that you don't feel safe when she is living in your house. Tell her that you know she lies a lot - mention some of the lies and she will try to lie even more but it has to be said that she lies and it bothers you. Tell her that you are afraid of all the trouble she is getting herself in because of her lying.
Maybe she feels more safe staying with you while she's lying. But you feel less safe. And it is your house. So she should find another place to stay.

shame on her for asking you to be her accomplice! you need to ask her to leave and take her problems with her. That's not being a true friend. Take care of YOU, not her.

By saying nothing you are condoning her behaviour. You challenge it or you tolerate it - it is your decision.
