You just described the Mac Book Pro, perfect for web design, awesome graphics and wi-fi, look into it, you wont be disapointed.

You probably don't actually need the best laptop available (very few people could afford such a thing anyway).

Anything will do for web design provided it has a decent keyboard and screen (i.e. stay away from ultraportables), wi-fi is pretty much a standard feature now.

If you don't have Vista 1 GiB of RAM will do (Vista really should have 2 GiB if you want to use it without slowing down).

In terms of graphics if you don't do any 3D work then Intel Integrated graphics will suit your limited needs (of course if you do you'll find that Intel's graphics chips aren't any good in which case you'll have to get a laptop with good graphics as you can't upgrade later).

Aim for something with a screen size of about 14 inches, that'll give you something portable enough to carry around with you but without compromising on performance or ergonomics too much.
