When it comes to love? eh....... a bit yes.
When it comes to anything else....... no not really. Ok wait....... I take that back. *smacks head* No idea what I was thinking.
Yes...... I guess I am. Ok this is so weird. I read the question and was like........ "Of course I'm not scared to take chances in life." And the minute I start answering the question two things hit me.
If a chance to do something occurs....... I take it and run with it. UNLESS it is something that I'm passionate about. (Isn't that odd?) I won't take chances in love....... it can be way too painful. And my other passion...... writing. Well it scares me to death to have other people read my work. I pour so much of myself into it that I'm just too afraid to send it anywhere to be read by a publishing company that might just reject it and tell me I have no chance of making it as a writer. It's like....... I love to write and as long as no one tells me whether I have what it takes or not I'll continue to love it and bury myself in my words. The minute someone tells me I'm not good, I'm afraid I'll lose that side of me. So I find it easier just not to share it........ thereby never taking that chance at what I want most.
So the things I want most....... love and that great american novel?? Well........ looks to me like I'll have to find my courage before I find out what happens next.

Yes! Sometimes terrified. Some of the chances I've taken have not turned out well while others have been wonderful. I am more cautious with what I do as I have children that will be affected by my decisions.

Yes, I'm afraid of taking chances but I refuse to allow myself to stagnate in life so I take the chances anyway!! Sometimes it works out and sometimes it doesn't!!

No pain no gain. No guts no glory. Yes, I am scared, but we have to take chances. Driving to work is taking a chance.

Nope - in fact I'm taking a big one right now - I open my new store on monday. I continually have doubts, but I'm going to preservere.

yes I'm scared, but it's okay when I have somebody to hold my hand and assuring me that everything will be alright at the end of the day
