Pro Bono means that the lawyer is working for free. Your question is unclear. Are you asking what you would need to win the court case, or how you could get the services of a lawyer without paying for one?

Child support in MD only goes to until the child is an adult! At 18 she can get a job and pay her own way!!

From the sound of your questions, you are trying to get a free lawyer, and you want your husband to pay child support for an adult! Are you working? Are the daughters working? If money is tight, you should be working two jobs to pay the lawyer, and your daughters (even in school) should be working part time evenings and weekends to help!

I do not know why your husband left. He should support his child (the 16 year old), but you should not expect free services.
