I need help with my arguementative essay topic.?

Question

I have two options one being people are losing hope that the troops will come home soon and the other being that louisiana is not the only state with politicians doing wrong while in office. I would really appreciate any help that I can receive. If you have links to go along with comments please feel free to add them. All input is VERY welcomed! Thanks a bunch.

Unfortunately the allies have an onerous yet legal obligation to stay until law & order is re-established by the elected governments in the invaded countries.....As far as politicians doing wrong !....Human nature depicts that ANY government body of people that administer's public funds, will have an element of corrupt members, especially if they have had time to become 'entrenched' over a long period of time. ( look at local government throughout the world, often cheating on their electors, & awarding lucrative contracts etc to their partners in crime. ) The other members are often afraid to 'rock the boat' & unfortunately turn a blind eye.( as they may be in the position because of the many tax free benefits received ) Voter apathy seems to be a major source of the problem .I'm a long way from Louisiana in Western Australia where we seem to share almost exactly the same problems as you !. Maybe I've almost written your essay for you pal ? ...ha! ha! .
