Grew up with a girl named Moon. Have also heard of these rare names.... Iva, Soretta, Amby (person was confused I think, she meant Amy lol), Juice lol for real. As for men I have heard of Gurby and Genny, yes pronounced Jenny. Poor guy lol.

I had a patient once who named her daughter Alpha Keri....as in the name of the hand lotions you get in the admission kit in the hospitals. I asked her WHAT possessed her to do that and she just said she didn't have a name and she looked over after the baby was born and saw the bottle sitting there and it sounded good to her. I always wondered how that little girl ended up....she should be 35 now.
