they broke up. Scott stapp released a solo album and the rest of the band formed altered bridge and dark new day

Broke up but have since gotten back together from what I have heard. Whether or not this is true I do not know as I have not seen any info on the net. Was even talked about on radio. Said they were in the studio with Stapp as Creed. Cool, actually as I liked a lot of the first few albums (cd's)

The band itself wasn't too bad but Scott Stapp is a horrible singer.

I don't know, but they were the worst thing my ears ever heard. I'm glad they're gone and I hope they never come back.
Now if we could just do something about Nickleback, Puddle of Mud, Crossfade, Blue October, Shinedown, and the rest of those weak, weak bands.
