Sperm can live in a woman's body for up to six days — possibly seven. That's why most pregnancies result from fertilization by sperm that have been waiting in a woman's reproductive tract days before the release of her egg — ovulation — takes place.
I dont think the pill has any effect on how long sperm lives.

It stays in the body just as long as a woman who is not on the pill. That's not what the pill works on. Go to the website listed on the medication information to learn how your specific birth control pill works.

At most 6 days whether she's on the pill or not...but the acidity of the vagina usually kills a lot of sperm.

sperm can only stay alive for a max of 72 hrs in the vagina
