I know you might be thinking that I am an illegal American, noooooo. I am actually on Student Visa and I am in need for money! PLease Help me

You do what is known as "work under the table"

Businesses will do it because, while your wages maybe $8 an hour, they have to pay to the government fees and taxes that just about doubles that.

Working under the table is simple for businesses, less costly of course, no paper work and makes good business sense for small businesses.

The problem of course for them is it is illegal. However, if all the businesses that do this were to be shut down and the owners incarcerated, it would do serious harm to our economy, and fill up our over extended prison system.

Hit the small businesses, the large ones won't touch you. You can be so bold as to say, "hey, keep it off the books, I don't care. I just want a part time job so I can keep going to school."

Student visa holders cannot work because it is a violation.

nothing!! its against the law for you to work unless you want to be an illegal worker in this country and when you get caught you will be deported, too.
