I plan to donate my brain to Science. Einstein has been dead a few years now, but information is being gleaned from his brain, which is preserved in a collection of about 70.
I have Adult ADD,Bi Polar, and Anxiety Disorder. These disorders are caused by lack of specific chemicals in the brain, which means they are : in the genes, from the environment, can be from excessive drug/alcohol consumption, or some other unknown factor.
