This is not a fight only a poll to see who is more powerful and why.
1. Nine tails = has the power with one swip of it's tail to raise tsunamies,crush mountains,has unlimited Chakra,very fast for it's size and superstrong.
2.SS Goku= at base level Goku has Superstrength beyond lifting 200 tons can move at speeds near light while in battle,can destroy multiple planets with one shot has high invunerability can battle so fast that he cannot be seenby the naked eye .at level 3.While powring up can shake entire planets because of the enormouse power gain causes hurrican force winds oceans cause tital waves ,the whole planet shakes uncontrolably,he was powering up in hell once and shook Heaven.He now can destroy multiple galaxies if not universes with this power since SS2 can destroy a galaxy in one blast ,his speed in battle is so far beyond lightspeed.He has instant transmission which allows him to move and travel anywhere he focuses his kai instantly, invunerabilty.Who's more powerful.

SS3 Goku is the most powerful. The only disadvantage he would have is that he can only maintain that level of power for a short period of time unless he's dead, but even at SS2, he can destroy planets. Heck, Vegeta destroyed Arlia (oddly enough, after being declared it's hero) before he ever met Goku, & his power level was only somewhere around 16,000.
