He didn't die in the Philippines and they didn't even want him buried there. I would guess there was a nationwide party and dancing in the streets. Let's face it; the man was a d i c k.

Marcos died in Hawaii, from lupus, after being forced into exile. The widow of the Philippines Senator who Marcos had ordered killed became the next President of the Philippines. Her husband was "Ninoy" Aquino and she was Corazon Aquino.

Fernando Marcos died in the United States after being deposed as President of the Philippines. Later his wife Emelda returned to the Philippines and ran for President and lost. Then ran for Governor of a Province and won. Then she was convicted of abuse of power. And as far as I know. she either fell off the earth or died.

he didnt die in the philippines. he died after he was exiled to hawaii.
