I am talking about a flash that gives off dark light.

Dark is the absence of light, just like cold is the absence of heat.

Perhaps a Black Hole is a kind of antiflashlight since it pulls light into it...

Well... in the real world it would be quite a difficult task to make. I guess you'll need to create a tiny black hole down in your basement or likewise.
However, if you would like to see how a negative light looks like, and have a 3-d modeling program like Maya och 3ds MAX you can easily make one there. Just make the "power" of the light be negative.

Would a baseball bat count? It doesn't produce light, so it does produces not-light. How about my finger (I'm not ET by the way), does that count too?

what you are talking about is negative light. That would only be likely if time were moving backwards, improbable though I cannot say impossible
