ok well my friend just like stuck a pen in me on accident and it is all black, it broke the skin and its like a tiny bump now and it kinda hurts. am i going to die from that?!?! it was like 10 minutes or ago or so is that bad>?

What kind of pen? If it is your standard pen used for school, chances are the ink is safe, while not really good for you, it probably won't kill you. Most school supplies, like the graphite in pencils, or the coloring in colored pencils has to meet certain health standards because they figured kids would stab each other with pens. Go see a doctor just in case though. Or call a doctors office in the morning. They should be able to tell you.
And be sure not to run with scissors.

im not entirely sure but i dont think so. My friend ingested some in the 4th grade and he's still alive but as for being in the blood stream, i dont know.
My best advice would be to see a doctor.

I doubt it. My sister likes the taste. She heard that a dead ballpoint can sometimes be brought back from the brink by sucking on it, and ink came out. Apparently, it's sweet.
She's 26 years old. HAHAHA:D

Suppose to be non-toxic just for cases like yours. However if it was made in China... which it proably was... who knows if it's toxic or not.

you can get blood poisoning and it is painful see a dr and he can give you the right tests and vaccinations.
