So the FIA said that for the race to continue with out the helicopter ALL TEAMS have to drive with extreme wet tires but Ferrari being what they are went out with regular wet tires. So now they are blaming FIA for not informing them saying that they did not sign anything.....Boo hooo hooo............all the other teams obeyed but Ferrari being Ferrari tried to bend the rules.

Ferrari will never accept that they got it wrong and will always look to blame others. That's part and parcel to their mentality, regadless of what others know.
slovak-slam, I don't know what you have been watching over the months but it certainly wasn't F1. Ferrari have won the constructors? What Constructors Championship? That belongs to McLaren. Ferrari winning the Championship is as good as Ferrari winning Indianapolis a couple of seasons ago. They only wanted McLaren banned as there is no competition without them. Try paying a little more attention to F1 during the 2008 season.

Well, it would be very stupid of Ferrari to start the race on intermediates when everyone's been told to use wets. They would know that if the directive was given out, they have to comply or face the consequences. They would have to bring in their drivers for an unscheduled pit stop just to change to the required tires. Why risk that? It means their drivers' race is ruined.
It's said that they received the e-mail informing them of the regulation only after the race had started. This could be due to human error or technical error.

It's normal that the Ferraris would try to get any possible advantage...they have to attack the McLarens in order to be champion. They were simply gambling on being able to keep the cars on the track long enough for conditions to dry enough that everyone else would have to pit, leaving them in the lead. That failed, so now they are trying to rescue the situation. They aren't babies, they're politicians...

The politics of Ferrari nothing short of sickens and disgusts me. Idiots can't race for a penny...always complaining and crying about something.
They cried 30 years ago in Fuji and they cry again 30 years later. Pathetic.
That Jean Todt sure got a big mouth for such a little man.
