What time of night? It depends on my mood... I like the French toast, the egg dishes or the club sandwich, usually.
It all is connected on how hungry you are and what you want to eat. The night menu is different than the day menu, so make sure you check this.

I'd go for the ham and cheese omlette, or the lemon pepper chicken. Do they still have that? Oh I like their bread bowl salads but probably too much bread. Get a chocolate milk shake, Perkins aren't the best but close.
