You might want to consider working less so you can concentrate on school. Otherwise, sleep deprivation will take a toll on your health: both mental and physical.
Delegate tasks at home if possible. Study during lunch hour and breaks. Study at work if it is possible.
It's also helpful to make out an hour by hour schedule and stick to it. You must stay focused on what you are doing and be efficient (lack of sleep prevents this). Most importantly, get at least six hours of sleep. Also, schedule at least 15 min. a day to do something fun-for your sanity.

Is it imperative that you work until 10:30 PM during school nights?
Could you change that by working only weekends? I see no other alternative if you want time to study and keep up with school work. Talk to your boss and ask if working weekends only can be done. If the boss says no, then I think it's time for you to move on and find a different job working only on the weekends. Your present boss could also go the other way and make arrangements for you to work the weekends. You aren't going to know which way to go until you talk to your boss.
You're trying to put together three things here. Working, sleeping or lack of sleep and keep your grades up at school.
Somethings got to give. Doesn't sound like you're going to make it one way or the other with lack of sleep. Sleep is the issue here. Sounds like you're already going down the tubes worry about all this because of lack of sleep. You have some desisions to make.

Sounds like you are taking on too much right now! Do you have to work? Your education is so important and you should concentrate on school because the better you do in school the better chance you'll have at getting a great job when you graduate. If you have to work, is there any way you can get a job on the weekends only or with fewer hours on the week nights? You need your sleep too, because you'll burn out if you keep going at this rate. Hope you figure something out soon. Good luck!

First of all and most importantly, you CAN'T go without sleep. No one can. Sleep is necessary for survival. Your brain needs sleep to function, and your body needs time to repair itself during the time you sleep. You will not be able to do well in school if you do not get enough sleep.
In humans, it has been demonstrated that the metabolic activity of the brain decreases significantly after 24 hours of sustained wakefulness. Sleep deprivation results in a decrease in body temperature, a decrease in immune system function as measured by white blood cell count (the soldiers of the body), and a decrease in the release of growth hormone. Sleep deprivation can also cause increased heart rate variability.
For our nervous systems to work properly, sleep is needed. Sleep deprivation makes a person drowsy and unable to concentrate the next day. It also leads to impairment of memory and physical performance and reduced ability to carry out mathematical calculations. If sleep deprivation continues, hallucinations and mood swings may develop.
Release of growth hormone in children and young adults takes place during deep sleep. Most cells of the body show increased production and reduced breakdown of proteins during deep sleep. Sleep helps humans maintain optimal emotional and social functioning while we are awake by giving rest during sleep to the parts of the brain that control emotions and social interactions.
This is very basic, I won't go into the medical science of it because it can get very complicated. But I hope you can see that limiting your sleep is hurting your grades in the long run. If school and your studies are important to you, than sleep has to be also.
Hope this helps. Take care and get some sleep.

Make habit of faster reading and writing. I am not in favor of cutting your sleeping hours. It seems very good. Healthy and 100% fit body is required for all work we do in this life. Your school time is really very high. Try to manage time in your schooling hour. There are some subjects which requires just reading like story. Don' t waste time in school in between classes . Initially your friends may hinder this act but later they will accept it. Keep repeating your favorite subjects in mind while you do light job(like walking, in bus etc.).

My dear, there is a saying in English 'Early to bed, early to rise makes man healthy, wealthy and wise'. My advice to you will be you better go to sleep early as possible. You wake up early in the morning, wash your face, brush your teeths, comb your hair and pray to God before you start your studies. Praying helps in concentration As you've mentioned that your class starts at 6:30 am, you need to wake up at 4:00 am. In the evening, you should not study late night as it will hamper your health. If your health is good, the concentration will be more. Try it and you'll notice a change in your life. Good luck.

First things first Why must you work?? I have 5 kids, none of them work.. They don't work because we provide for them, they don't work because in my eyes they & you will have plenty of time to work after you graduate..Your education can not be replaced.. You need an education to succeed in life, with out one we go no where.. Someone suggested taking something for you to stay awake..NOT an option. If you have to take something to stay awake it is never safe to do such a thing. You need to prioritize your life.. Why is it so important for you to work? Do you plan on going to college( missing your studies won't help get you there).. You have to simply make a decision because you obviously can't do both..Good Luck to you...
