As long as my SO takes me to lunch or dinner 1-2 times a week, I'm delighted to cook the rest of the time. So I guess my answer is 'both, in a pleasant ratio'.
He surprised me today by taking me a a favorite place ;-)

I prefer to cook at home......especially with a special someone.....it can be much more of an intimate dining experience with just the two of you......plus, you don't have to worry about bad service..lol.....=)
But of course, I do enjoy eating out also from time to time...=)
