whether a person can afford an attorney or not, they can still sue.
I'd sue the dental whitener people for the $5,000 damage they did from ungluing my crowns, broken teeth and causing the need for several root canals.

You really wouldn't need money to hire an attorney. Some attorneys would be willing to work on a contingency basis. This means the attorneys are paid only if you win your case. But yeah, I wouldn't want to sue anyone right now.

My neighbor. She's been harassing us for the past year, calling the cops for every little thing that's out of place. If the bumper of my car is hanging over the sidewalk by 1 inch, she takes pictures and then calls the police. I'd like to sue the crap out of her.

I have the means to afford one but I wouldn't bother going through the legal bull.If I couldn't take matters in own hands & settle it then I'll leave it to Karma.
