I like Natalie better.
How about Natalie Lynn or Natalie Ann.
It's not easy though. There are not a lot of names that flow nicely with Natalie.

My husband just told me to answer: Natalie Schmatelie. Since my name is Natalie too and that's what some of my friends call me to make me laugh. Oh so funny but works every time.

Anyway, I don't have a middle name and don't find it necessary either. I think Natalie by itself is very pretty but that's just my humble opinion. Good Luck with this difficult decision and maybe the following links can help you guys.

I like Natalie better than I do Gina, but both names are gorgeous.
Together, I don't think they flow as nicely as they could but alone they're gorgeous.

Try;
Natalie Claire, or Gina Christine.
Or the other way around,
Meghan Natalie, or Alyssa Gina.

Good Luck! : )

I LOVE the name Natalie. I don't like the combo of Natalie and Gina together however.

They just don't flow together.

I like Natalie much better. I had that named picked out for a baby I lost (Nathan if it had been a boy).

So....

Gina Marie, Gina Nicole

Natalie Marie. A couple of people said Natalie Claire and I think that is lovely. It would mean clear (or bright) gift of God!

Natalie May
Gina Marie

They sound abit much together. Too many syllables, but if you had to use em both, i'd go Natalie Gina

natalie is definitely the prettiest! gina is also very pretty, but i know a couple girls named that, and they're called "gina," but they pronounce like the 'gina' in "vagina" to be mean. or they flat out call her "vuh-gee-na." so i'm just warning you before your daughter has to go through those issues!

here are some suggestions though! good luck on finding the perfect name for your baby girl! :)

Natalie Shay
Natalie Kay
Natalie Lynn
Natalie Lynette
Natalie Corinne (cor-in)
Natalie Michelle
Natalie Renee
Natalie Ryan
Natalie Breanne
Natalie Jamilyn (jay-muh-lyn)
