Question for Malaysians?

I always see those abbreviations after any company located in Malaysia "SDN BHD". (I only know BHD as berhad) What do they stand for and what do they mean? Thanks for yr answer

Sdn. Bhd. stands for Sendirian Berhad and means Private Limited.
