I like them both, different without being too "out there". Brette a little better, I would drop the e so it gets pronounced correctly.
Country Mom, I see you have recommended Bailee at least twice-don't you know that is the second most popular name---FOR DOGS! Most girls don't want to hear about how someone's dog has the same name.....

Brett is very much a man's name and Brinley is pretty awful. There are thousands of nice and creative girl names. Buy a baby name book.

Brette sounds a bit masculie, and Brinley you may have some pronuciation problems in the future.
I suggest Bailee or Britta if you want unique "B" girl-names.
